Dr. Gilroy has an earned Ph.D. from the University of Texas and a M.Ed. and Baccalaureate degrees from Rutgers University. He has been in the financial aid and student services industry for over 40 years. He has held positions as Assistant, Associate and Director of Financial Aid, as well as, Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management. Dr. Gilroy has extensive experience in technical systems (i.e. Banner, PeopleSoft, Datatel Colleague, and PowerFAIDS), policy writing and interpretation as well as managing large university departments.
